The tastefully decorated main house is composed as follows:
From the entrance, at street level, you will find a spacious hall that opens onto:
a beautiful independent kitchen, fully equipped (gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, wine cellar, dishwasher, …) with an adjoining laundry room,
a guest bathroom,
a spacious living room with wood stove and access to a beautiful covered terrace, the ideal place to enjoy aperitifs while admiring the view,
a door with access to the garage.
From the laundry room, you can also access a covered outdoor terrace perfectly equipped so that you can eat outside.
From the entrance hall, some stairs will take you to level -1 where you will find:
two beautiful bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a 150 double bed, each with built-in wardrobes,
a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub,
a beautiful suite with a 180 double bed, two built-in wardrobes, its own bathroom and a large Italian shower,
all the bedrooms have access to a terrace where you can comfortably sit and admire the sea and the town of La Herradura.
The main house is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The apartment, on level -2, can be accessed from outside or from the house via internal stairs.
The apartment consists of:
a large central room with equipped kitchen and dining room,
two beautiful bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a 140 double bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
On that level -2, there is also the pool with sea views.
In addition, the residence has a communal pool and two paddle tennis courts.
About 1.5 km away is the beautiful Calaiza cove which is walking distance from the house.
